Together in Teamwork: Celebrating a Year of Connection and Growth

As we close another year at Mouldagraph, it’s time to reflect on the moments that have defined us, not just as a business, but as a family. Our company’s success is built on the foundation of teamwork, and this year, we’ve seen that spirit come alive in new and exciting ways.

Embracing New Traditions

Our team is our greatest asset, and this year, we’ve strengthened our bonds through new traditions. The introduction of our corn hole tournament brought out a competitive yet friendly spirit among us. It was more than just a game; it was a new way to connect, laugh, and foster team spirit in an environment different from our day-to-day work.

Annual Critter Dinner: A Taste of Tradition

Our year-end tradition, the Annual Critter Dinner, was once again a heartwarming success. It’s a unique event where our team shares homemade dishes from wild animals they’ve hunted, trapped, or farmed.

This year’s spread included rabbit, deer, squirrel, bear, elk, chicken, pig, duck, quail, cow, and wild turkey and this year some fresh walleye! It’s not just about the food; it’s about sharing stories, experiences, and a sense of community that keeps us all close and connected. These moments remind us of the importance of traditions in building a strong team culture.

Honoring a Key Team Member: Mike Blake’s Retirement

This year, we bid farewell to Mike Blake, who retired after 44 years of dedication and service. As our senior shop foreman, Mike has been a pillar of wisdom, strength, and leadership. His calm, collected, and thoughtful approach to every aspect of our business has been invaluable. His retirement marks the end of an era, but his legacy will continue to inspire us. We’re incredibly thankful for his contributions and wish him and his wife a fulfilling and joyful retirement.

We, also this year, celebrated the retirement of two more long-time members of the Mouldagraph team. Wayne Elkins and Tom Smith, each after 37 and 47 years with us.

Looking Ahead

As we end this year, we feel stronger and closer than ever. The experiences we’ve shared have not just made us better colleagues, but a more cohesive and resilient team. We’re excited for what the new year holds, ready to face new challenges and seize new opportunities.

Here’s to a year of teamwork, growth, and community. We’re grateful for every moment and look forward to continuing our journey together in the coming year.
